The project grows out of a reflection on the search for the places we call home, and on dwelling as an ongoing process that situates us in the world, both materially and ontologically. Recordings of the soundscapes of the different homes the artist has lived in have been edited and reworked into the building blocks of a dystopian narrative of dwelling, in which the only possible constant is movement.

The project was originally staged at the Giardino del Guasto in Bologna, in a close dialogue between architecture and soundscape.
